The equipment we propose are composed by one or more modules with composition possibility or with healing spots on one front or on opposing fronts, and they allow us to perform different types of inhalation therapies. The structure of the standard single-piece is composed by a stainless steel 316 supporting frame, on which canalizatios for the distribution of services and panels for the therapies are installed.
This is an active medical device of invasive kind and for temporary use, destined to the administration of mineral thermal waters and not dangerous water-soluble drugs via aerosol, gas administration and inhalation. The equipment complies with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/CEE, the safety rules EN 60601-1, is classified as a “Class IIA Medical Device” and bears the CE marking.
The PHARMACY version of the device works with bottled thermal water, therefore it can be installed in Polyclinics, USLs, Hospital, Clinics, Pharmacies and other structures were “direct” thermal water (i.e. water provided from the thermal circuit) is not available or commonly used. The water bottles are housed in a specific compartment with a level sensor, and the therapy will finish once the water inside the bottle is finished. With this version it is possible to choose among three different therapies: Thermal Aerosol, Medical Aerosol, Micronized Shower and Hot Steam Inhalations.
The THERMAL version of the device work with “direct” thermal water, i.e. water provided from the thermal circuit. It has a cold liquid-based sanitizing system that abides by EU standards on the presence of the legionella bacteria in thermal baths. With this version it is possible to choose among different therapies: Thermal Aerosol, Medical Aerosol, Micronized Shower and Hot Steam Inhalations.
The modular plant can be wall-mounted or positioned at the center of the room, depending on available space. To install these devices it is only necessary to connect them to the primary plants. All the devices are available in the autonomous version and in a version for centralized installations. Inside the supporting frame there is the system for the delivery of the therapies and it is completely accessible for service and maintenance.
Functional operations are managed by a microprocessor that can be upgraded via PC. We think the design of these devices has introduced controls that are essential to a device that perform therapeutic services. We are talking about sensors that monitor, instant by instant, the disbursement of the thermal water nebulized from the different nozzles of the therapies.
